Spectrophotometry - quantitative measurement of the
reflection or transmission properties of a material as a
function of wavelength
Photometry- measurement of light intensity
Beer-Lamberts Law concentration of a substance is
directly proportional to the absorbance and inversely
proportional to the transmitted light.

Cuvette holds the solution to be analyzed(round,
