Is English important in your career? Why?

Speaking a second language is of utmost importance today, either to be more competent in

the workplace or simply to understand the increasingly globalized world in which we live.
For these reasons I consider that English is a very important part of my life since most of
the time I am exposed to texts, instruction manuals and even conversations in English, this
is like my work and as my work is directly related my career then I must say that it is also
vital part of my career.
