You are not authorized to receive payment on my behalf from your buyers, nor bind the
undersigned by any contract without subsequent specific authority. You shall register
with me your buyer in writing, through email or text messages. This authority will expire
with the termination of the period stated, unless extended by the undersigned in writing.
Should the sale be made or affected on modified terms or such other terms as may be
accepted by me, you are likewise credited for the said sale and shall be given the above
mentioned professional fee based on the revised/agreed price.
Notwithstanding the expiration of this authority to sell, you shall still be entitled to your
full professional fee provided that the name of the prospective buyer has been registered
with me in writing during the period of your authority.
This authorization shall protect & hold the undersigned free from any claims, obligations
from any brokers and agents registered under his network.
