She must have acute observation skills because she can describe in detail specific examples of leadership she has experienced, Likewise, she can easily share her own vast leadership experiences as a teacher and coach, Her passion for learning is revealed in all of the professional learning opportunities she has pursued during her career. Likewise, | can tell she has completed the reading or assignments with fence and much thought through her contributions to class discussions, | marvel at Ms. Hector’s ability to balance a very busy professional life with family life and also graduate school.
