7) Use proper structure and layout.

10)Do not leave out the message thread.

11) Do not overuse reply to all


12) Careful with the use of bcc

14)Do not copy a message or attachment without
permission.

15) Use a meaningful subject


16)Use active instead of passive

17) Avoid long emails/sentences


18)Keep your language gender neutral

Email- Reply
You have received an email asking about WTTP programme.
He wants to know more about the whole programmed
including the allowance, accommodation, and duration as well
as job prospect. Please reply to this person accordingly.

You have received an email asking about the budget for


the facility department as the department needs to
get a new LCD and speaker. The person in charge wants
to know what the procedures to apply for the budget
are and how the money will be given to the
department. Please advise on the matter and put the
responses in your email.

have received an email requiring if it is

possible for the Facility department to provide 10


LCDs and speakers to be used for a conference.
You also have to provide 5 TVs for the conference
