math and literacy skills being introduced in your scholars classrooms. Practice handwriting by having your child copy words in books, kid-friendly magazines and around the house. Invite your scholar to play a rhyming game with you. Fill a basket with random items. Have your child pull out items that rhyme with a word you say. Ex. Can you find something that rhymes with cat? Child may pull out a hat.
