    1. Set Up Project Information
    a. Set /Accept standard Calendar
    b. Deadline completion date on Project Info Sheet
    c. Resources available & rate costs on Resource sheet
    2. Enter Task information
    a. Enter task on Gantt Chart
    b. Link up resources to be used on each task
    c. Add durations
    d. Sequence tasks by linking up Predecessors
    3. Review / smooth resources
    a. Find Over allocation of resources using Resource
    Usage & Detail Gantt
    b. Manually smooth out resources
    c. Review baseline movement Reports etc
    4. Review Critical & Float activities
    a. Identify critical activities from Tracking Gantt chart
    b. Identify floats for each activities from Detail Gantt
    chart
    c. Print off Reports:
    i. Overview Programme
    (dates/duration/work/costs)
    ii. Budget Costs (Total contract sum / individual
