IV. GII PHP V KIN NGH

1.Xt v hot ng sn xut kinh doanh ca doanh nghip:


. V th doanh nghip cn tip tc m rng u t my mc thit b mi
tng sn lng v cht lng sn phm, ng thi tng mi cnh
tranh c trong nc v xut khu. Thm vo gim c chi ph sn
xut, gim gi vn c th tng li nhun.

2. V c cu vn gia N PHI TR/VN CH S HU:


. Vn cn cao, nm 2011 l 1.76 ln, 2012 l 1.43 ln v nm 2013 l 1.07
ln nhng ang c xu hng gim l tng vn ch s hu v gim n.
Nh vy, doanh nghip ang c gng ch ng c vn trong kinh
doanh v gim ri ro do phi l thuc vo ngun vn vay.
.Cn tip tc tng VCSH m bo hot ng ca doanh nghip, tuy
nhin cng phi m bo v c cu n doanh nghip khng mt i c
hi s dng vn vay n by.
