Reamaster Thru Hole TFA, Flow Limitation

and Body Designator Chart
Based on the many revisions the XTU (Reamaster) Underreamer has undergone, it has become
necessary to identify the Gun Drill Hole Configuration. The Gun Drill Hole Configuration determines
the hydraulic flow capabilities of the tool. Each lower body style (based on Gun Drill Configuration
only) will have an alpha identifier. Steel stamp the indentifier letter next to the body serial
number.

Use the following chart to find the appropriate identifier letter for each series tool.
The chart will also serve as a reference for hydraulic velocity determination at gun drill thru
hole to bottom chamber.
* Use this value for determining flow limitation and velocity at gun drill thru hole
** Vent Holes are used for diverting fluid
*** Use this column for steel stamping body designator letter
