commitment to two things: providing a warm and caring environment for the
children in my care, and continuing my education to improve my knowledge in
childcare.

My qualifications include 12 years of childcare experience, an Associate Degree
in Early Childhood Education and currently completing my BA in Human and
Family Services. In my most recent position as a Master Teacher for Little
Buckaroos Daycare, I provided care for the infant and toddler class. For more
than 12 years, I provided effective classroom management, creative lesson
plans, detail daily activity sheets for parents and highly praised care.
Although I have enjoyed my time at Little Buckaroos Daycare, my hours have be
reduced due to cutbacks and I am eager to work full-time again in a childcare
