If a student secures less than 60% in a year, the scholarship is forfeited for that year. Ifa student fails to secure minimum 60% or equivalent grade for two consecutive oF non- consecutive years, he or she will be ineligible for payment of scholarship and will be discontinued forever. This will be implemented from the academic session of 2015-16 and onwards, ‘A pass in all subjects for which a student has registered/appeared is necessary. A student who fails in any subject (whether core, non-core or optional et.) will not be eligible for payment of scholarship and will be discontinued forever: 3. Withdrawal in non core subjects as per institutional rules of exemption is considered for payment of scholarship. 4. In view of online payment of scholarship to the awardee the stipulated time p reduced from 24 months to 12 months, Hence, from the academie session 2013-16 onvards, the awardees are to submit the claim bills within the period of 12 months of joining in a particular academic session, : 5. Any awardee getting any other scholarship for a period exceeding six months on a regular monthly basis will make him/her in eligible for receipt of NTS scholarship. In such cases, the scholarship ‘once discontinued will not be revived in any case. All the students must also give an undertaking each year that they are not receiving scholarship or award from any other institutions, Further no student who is employed is eligible for payment of scholarship and accordingly, every student has 10 provide a certificate that he or she is not employed. 6. Fee waiver‘one time granvsubsidy in fee and residential accommodation will not make a student ineligible for scholarship. 7.
