The Contest Terms & Condition

By entering a competition on the FundedByMe social and other channels

(Facebook, Twitter) you are agreeing to FundedByMe storing and using your
information for marketing purposes. We will not share your information with third
parties unless you specifically agree with us sharing these details and you can
opt out at any time by unsubscribing from emails or emailing us directly.

By adding photos, texts or any other media to the Facebook, Twitter, any other Social
Network or sending them directly to FundedByMe you are granting permission for these
images, texts or any other media to be used by FundedByMe in any online and/or offline
communications.
By submitting your images, texts or any other media you understand and agree that
FundedByMe has no obligation to publish your photo. You must be the author/copyright
holder of all images, texts or any other media submitted.

1. The Promoter is: FundedByMe Crowdfunding Sweden AB (whose registered office is
at Box 3460, 103 69 Stockholm, Sweden; registration number: 556871-1823).
2. Employees of FundedByMe or their family members or anyone else connected in any
way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to
enter the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. To enter a competition you must:
(a) be 18 years old or over at the time of entry; and
(b) have a valid investor, lender or backer account on FundedByMe and fulfil the
standard requirements set here https://www.fundedbyme.com/en/terms-ofservice/#investor
(c) have lent at least 50 euro to a company listed on FundedByMe between
March 10th and March 30th and not withdraw within 14 days after the investment,
(d) explain why you have lent to a company listed on FundedByMe by writing a
text longer than 120 characters, or producing an image, video, podcast or other
media and subsequently uploading it on FundedByMes Facebook wall, Twitter
account or by sending it to hello@fundedbyme.com.
5. Closing date for entry will be 30th of March 2015. After this date no further entries to
the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:
a.
lend to one of companies currently running a loan-based crowdfunding campaign
on FundedByMe
b.
share your experience of the investment, by posting on FundedByMes Facebook
wall, sending a tweet or mail directly to hello@fundedbyme.com consisting of a text (not
shorter than 120 characters), video, image or podcast
c.
The jury will choose the most interesting piece and reward it with Apple Watch
with stainless steel case!

8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms
and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military
disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or
regulation or any other event outside of the Promoters control. Any changes to the
competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter on
http://blog.fundedbyme.com/.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by
any third party connected with this competition. The Promoter reserves the right to
choose any from Apple Watch devices with stainless steel cases, regarding a bracelet,
band or other option.
10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with
another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. Winners will be chosen by panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
12. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 14 days of the closing date of
the competition. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within the
following 14 days post-notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the
winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. Due
to the fact that the prize described in point 7 is not available for acquisition at the start
date of the competition, the Promoter undertakes to procure the prize without undue
delay and make it collectable by the winner at the soonest possible moment. There is
also an option to send the prize by post, however the cost of shipment must not exceed
25 euro or equivalent.
14. The Promoters decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be
final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by
these terms and conditions.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Swedish law
and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

17. By entering the competition an entrant undertakes to check all regulations regarding
to tax on their own and pay applicable taxes.
18. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any
personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in
accordance with current Swedish data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to
a third party without the entrants prior consent.
19. The winners name will be available 14 days after closing date or later, according to
point 12. The winners name, media delivered by them and information in which
campaign they lent to will be published on http://blog.fundedbyme.com/ and other
communication channels managed by FundedByMe
20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and
conditions.
21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated
with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information
to FundedByMe and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in
conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found in point 14 at
