testamentary writings made by me.

to be the Executor of my Estate. Should he/she be unwilling or unable to
act as executor, I nominate Valerie Ahearn (address) 8996 2nd Street, New
York City, New York, 39914-4283, US, (470) 726-0581.
I direct that the executor of my estate shall/shall not be required by the
Master of the High Court or other competent authority to give security for

possession of 100% of cottage located in Vermont, Canada (3913 Gentle
Log Trail, Skyhigh, Vermont, 05413-9729, US, (802) 884-4300) and 50% of
car, Ann-Marie; possession of 25% of money in bank (Checking Account,
Jay Ahearn; possession of 25% of money in bank (Checking Account).
