To
Whom
it
May
Concern:
I
have
known
Alarie
Maras
for
over
five
years.
We
met
while
taking
classes
at
Winona
State
University
and
we
have
been
close
friends
since.
I
recommend
Alarie
Maras
as
a
candidate
for
a
position
with
your
organization,
as
she
has
many
strong
qualities
which
would
be
an
asset
to
any
organization.
Alarie
Maras
has
many
of
the
characteristics
that
an
recreation
therapist
should
possess.
She
is
outgoing,
friendly,
energetic
and
consistently
displays
a
positive
attitude.
In
social
situations,
she
readily
develops
rapport
with
individuals
from
a
diverse
backgrounds
and
puts
others
at
ease
with
her
engaging
personality.
Although
I
have
never
had
the
opportunity
to
work
with
Alarie
Maras,
I
know
her
from
the
classroom
setting
to
be
very
creative,
often
thinking
outside
the
box
and
challenging
herself.
She
is
able
to
come
up
with
creative
solutions
for
a
wide
variety
of
problems
and
often
encourages
others
to
do
the
same.
In
class
projects
she
is
an
excellent
team
player
displaying
flexibility
and
cooperative
behavior.
Once
again,
I
recommend
Alarie
Maras
for
the
position
she
has
applied
for.

information,
please
dont
hesitate
