I am writing to recommend Cynthia Siguenza, RN, BSN, for hire as a new graduate
nurse. During the past few weeks it has been my pleasure to directly supervise
Cynthia as she completed her pediatric clinical rotation here at Childrens Hospital
Los Angeles. During this time I have found her to be bright, inquisitive and
thoughtful. She carefully reviews her patients medical histories and applies critical
thinking skills in making a plan for care.
Cynthia looks for learning opportunities and isnt afraid to speak up when it comes
to advocating for her patients. Her passion for comprehensive, seamless and holistic
care is very evident in her approach to nursing. I am sure she will be a valuable
asset to any staff she joins, and I would encourage her toward a career in pediatrics.
