To qualify for entry into the CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP), students
with an undergraduate degree from a post-secondary institution must have completed the
following required subject area courses or have been assessed by CPA Ontario for
equivalency in each subject area or met the equivalent course requirement in the PreRequisite Education Program (CPA PREP).

Please note: Courses offered at other post-secondary institutions and transfer credits received towards course
requirements will be reviewed by CPA Ontario on a case-by-case basis. Post-Diploma Degrees are subject to
specific recognition criteria pursuant to Regulation 6-1, among which, the conferral of a two-year or a three-year
diploma.
Students currently enrolled in a Legacy CA, CMA or CGA professional education program will be bridged into the
CPA PEP program with a transitional bridging self-study online program. More information on the bridging
programs available for your legacy path can be found under CPA Certification Program Prerequisite Education.

A 65% overall average for the courses noted in the chart above is required for direct entry into the CPA PEP
(subject to change). A minimum grade of 60% is also required for each individual course or PREP module.
