the last messenger for all humankind. I am thankful to my parents that with the help of their
prayers I am able to work on this report. I am grateful to the manager of Ufone Mr. Jamal
Saeed who helped me in everything I did in my internship and he really guide me well in
every working. I great thank to my all teachers due to whom today I am standing here,
especially my supervisor Sir Ishtiaq Ahmed who helps me at every step of my study and in
this report as well. I am also thankful to my friends and family who always cooperate with
me.

Executive Summary:
This report has been written to fulfill my BBA degree requirement.

The contents of this

report are based on my 6 weeks internship, starting from 1st July 2014 till the 15th of August
2014, at Ufone GSM. This report covers the organization I worked in during the tenure of my
internship, the contributions I made and the lessons I learnt. My experience and observations
have also been expressed here, along with some of the problems that I was able to identify
during the time.
Other aspects of my internship have been covered as well. The nature of Ufones business, its
background and the overall company analysis has been performed in as much detail as
possible that is Introduction to the organization since their establishment till today, its
privatization, its management, its working, in all perspective of the firm.
The Financial Analysis, operational analysis, SWOT analysis have also been discussed in
detail, how they compete in this competitive world and how they can improve more in this
competitive environment. It also covers the tasks I performed there and the skills which I
improved. The importance of internship and how it help in the professional life and future
career plans. It also followed by some problems identified in Ufone with some
recommendations having innovative ideas for Ufone through which they can really get some
position.
