Synthesis

Chemical engineering is defined as the branch of engineering

concerned with the design and operation of industrial chemical plants. In the
field of chemical engineering, a chemical engineer is responsible for
converting the raw materials into the things that are essential for our
everyday living. It is almost impossible for people to name a product that did
not undergo to the processes that are created by chemical engineers in order
for it to be functional and usable.

Introduction to chemical engineering is an important subject especially

for those who are planning to fully pursue their study to become a chemical
engineer and also for those who want to have an overview of what will the
students do in their job as a chemical engineer. The students tackled the
things that chemical engineering students should know such as the jobs that
they can apply for, salary, processes, and much more.

After finishing this subject, I can personally say that Ive learned many
things about our course which is chemical engineering. Ive learned that
Chemical engineers are universal because there are involved in a lot of
industries and they can contribute a lot of their knowledge in to their chosen
field after they acquire their license as a chemical engineer. Ive also learned
that there are a lot of things to consider if you are going to take the path of
this career because according to our professors, it does get harder as we get
closer to our goal. Learning all the basic things and the preview of our course
through this subject, we can really decide for ourselves if we are going to
push through or take another path.
