PROGRESS ON YOUR FEBRUARY EVALUATION IMPROVEMENT GOALS:


I continue to meet every Friday during common prep with my grade level to ensure I am differentiating curriculum
and pacing the year accordingly. I have differentiated my math and literacy centers to meet the needs of all learners. I have
begun implementing more behavior management strategies to maximize time learning. My lesson plans have been adjusted
to include the components of an effective lesson plans and to have what ifs in them. I am implementing the Kagan
Structures I learned at the Kagan Structures: Cooperative Learning workshop I attended throughout my instruction. I am
using sample SBAC questions in my morning work.
PLEASE IDENTIFY A PERSONAL IMPROVEMENT GOAL FOR THE 2014/15 SCHOOL YEAR:

I would like to gain more understanding of Arts Integration and how to bring it into the classroom more
often.
