    3 of the Schedule to the above referred Office Memorandum, dated 08/09/1993,
    which is modified vide Office Memorandum No. 36033/3/2004 Estt.(Res.) dated
    09/03/2004.
    I will submit the certificate in the official format at the time of registration. I
    understand that my admission can be cancelled if I fail to do the same.
