physicallydoit.Theonlythingslowingyoudownisyourmind.Afterponderingthisfora
moment,Idecidedtotakeittoheartandapplymycoachswordsofwisdom.SoonIheardPugh

AsmylegsbegantheirsubconsciousmovementpropellingmeforwardIthoughtto

Ithinkitssafetosayrunnersareanentirelydifferentbreed.Forsomanyrunningisan
unlikeableandincomprehensiblesport.Whydoevenlikerunning?orWhydoyourun?Itsso
painful,arequestionsthatIamconstantlyaskedbyothers.Ibelievethereasonmostpeople
dontunderstandrunnersorrunningisbecausetheycannotorarenotwillingtoseeitfrom
anotherpointofview.Onemustunderstandthatforthousandsofyearshumanshavereliedon
theirabilitytoruntotravelandcommunicatewithoneanother.Itisonlynaturalthatonewould
lovetorun.Perhapsthisiswhypeopleallovertheworldfindjoythroughrunning,andthesingle
thingthatactsasabridgebetweenrunnersfarandwidearetheirlegs.Allrunnersknowthatthe
muscleswithintheirlegsiswhatallowsthemtorunandaccomplishgreatfeatsofphysical
