KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, WE, JONATHAN DE GUZMAN AND AILENE BRIOSO, married, residing at

123 Anda Street. Vancouver, Canada by an instrument titled General Powers of
Attorney notarized on June 23, 2013 in favor of JEFF RANDELL VINAS to act as our
attorney-in-fact to wit:
1. collect the rentals of all our properties as specified in the said instrument;
2. collect debts from all of our business as specified in the said instrument;
3. prosecute, which includes hiring a counsel, in all matters relevant to our
business and properties under our name.
WHEREAS, the instrument was registered before the Registry of Deeds in
Mandaluyong, Quezon City and Makati on June 25, 2013 under the names of
JONATHAN DE GUZMAN, AILENE BRIOSO, AND, ABC LEASING COMPANY.
NOW, THEREFORE, We, JONATHAN DE GUZMAN and AILENE BRIOSO by virtue of
these presents, hereby REVOKES, ANNUL AND MAKE VOID, the said powers of
attorney and all powers and authority therein or thereby given and granted, or
intended to be given or granted to JEFF RANDELL VINAS.
