Overview

This project has been given the name heat transfer in holes of steel 1018, which
was developed in Faculty of mechanical and electrical engineering laboratory in
Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla.
The development of this project is based on the transfer of heat from one body to
another also called by the method of driving.
Heat transfer always occurs in a hot body to a cooler as a result of the second law
of thermodynamics.
Power does not flow from a low temperature object to another high temperature if
you do not.
This project is carried out in order to view the thermal behavior of the drilling in
1018 steel with different cooling media in this case is soluble which are:

Without soluble (3 holes dry)

With water (3 tests are also practiced)

With soluble (also known as lubricant, in the same way 3 tests

were obtained from)

They are brine (just like the previous processes)

Through these tests, an analysis will be held since the main objective is to reduce
time in the line of production in the process involves drilling holes in 1018 steel in
concrete, and soluble is best suited for the cooling process.
The work is proposed in the various acts of engineering including:

Take the steps with a thermal camera that is graphs of the FLIR brand and
model is I3

Drill the holes using a drill and a drill bit on the tip and a thin layer of cobalt.

The method by which this pilot project was developed is because we are able to
create a hypothesis that we organize in industrial conditions and logic engineering.
In the professional field as the industrial interest the verse in know the
improvement of an industrial process in which one of its parties are drills, because
of this form of variables it would be taken independent of market values which are
theoretically different vendors and drill steels
