SECRET CODES

The L.I.A. (Lochel Intelligence Agency) has discovered a number of messages written in secret codes.
The messages were encoded by using matrices, and our job is to decode them. Through hard work from
our code-breaking team, we have discovered that the messages here were all encoded using one of the
following three matrices:

When decoded, the numbers in the matrices represent the letter in the box at the right. Use your
graphing calculator to decode the messages!
