Introduction Questions

1. The study of psychology incorporates various fascinating topics. Specific

areas within psychology that interest me include the analysis of dreams and

the study of the perspective of children. I would like to examine my abstract

dreams and find out what they mean. Studying the perspective of a child is

interesting because children react differently than adults to certain things

and it would be fascinating to learn what exactly they are thinking and why

they react the way they do.

2. Among the different perspectives of psychology, behavior genetics appeals to

me the most because I want to be able to determine where exactly we get

our traits from and how much can be attributed to genes.

3. I would find personality psychology the most interesting because it is distinct

to each and every individual. No two personalities and exactly alike and a

study of personality would offer a different experience or revelation every

time.
