ECOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF LAKE MICHIGAN

Abstract
This paper explores the effects on Lake
Michigan due to the reversal of the river
and the creation of three canals. Although
this effort has reversed much of the
sewage into Lake Michigan a primary
source of our drinking water, much needs
to be done to prevent more sewage
dumping into Lake Michigan as well as
new innovative ways to use waste water.
