    Removing Discount/Scholarship options in the Payer View


    In the Payers View (logged in Public View), when making future payments (Payment
    Screen> Option 2 Make A Future Payment Now), we have removed the Discount and
    Scholarship column fields to eliminate potential confusion for payers.
    The Discount and Scholarship fields will only be available in the Admin View.
