He demonstrated a passion for teaching and was willing to put forth the extra time and effort needed to become a successful teacher. Robbie made learning fun for the students. He incorporated differentiated instruction into his lessons, in order to reach all students. He designed his lessons in a way where all students were active participants. He individualized instruction when needed and showed the ability to modify/adapt lessons and his instruction to meet the needs of his assigned student, as well as all the students to make all students successful. Robbie demonstrated successful classroom management and behavioral management strategies. He also made positive relationships with all of the students. Robbie collaborated with Itinerate staff, and the Instructional Aides in the classroom, to provide a quality education for all students. He also used multiple data sources to not only monitor student progress, but to evaluate his own instruction and teaching methods. I was very impressed with Robbie Schwartz, and feel that he will be an excellent teacher.
