Tam writing this letter on behalf of Christopher Kenny, Chris did his student
teaching at Trinity during the 2014 spring semester. At that time I served as his
Clinical supervisor for his university. My duties as his supervisor were to observe
him at least six times and then meet to discuss what I had seen. Our post-
conferences were always very good learning experiences, not only for Chris, but also
for me. Chris had appropriate, well-planned activities for his classes, One of Chris’
strengths is his willingness to research and prepare materials for his students, Chris,
is a conscientious young man, professional, both in manner and in dress, He
obviously has a love of teaching and is willing to do whatever it takes to be a good
classroom instructor. One of the things that impressed me the most was that he
always took notes at our post-conferences, and then tried to incorporate my
Suggestions into his methods.
Chris takes his job seriously. He is « courteous, intelligent young man who
understands the demands of teaching and works hard to keep up with those demands.
Chris would be a conscientious, determined, hard worker as a member of a
mathematics department in any school. As you consider him for a possible position
with your school, should you need more information you can contact me at 216-581-
1644, ext 3000,
Sincerely,
