To whom it may concern:

My name is Dr. Michael Carpenter and I am the owner of Dental Excellence of Napoleon. Misty Graham
has been employed as my personal assistant since August of 2012. In this time Misty has proved to be a
valuable asset to me both personally and professionally. She has performed necessary tasks such as
filing, answering phones, calendar management, mail and email management, and accounts payable. In
addition, she has built and maintained several of our websites, and has been involved in my marketing
department with events, projects, and graphic design.
Misty is very reliable and maintains professionalism in all circumstances. She has shown a tremendous
amount of growth in her time at our office in relation to separating business from emotions. She works
well with my leadership team and has earned their respect as well as that of her coworkers and my
family. Mistys work was critical in getting my dental assisting school approved by the State of Ohio and
she was able to research and complete the application for State Board approval. She serves as the
Director of Admissions for the school and is the main point of contact for student inquiries. She ensures
that we are completing all necessary paperwork and are compliant with state regulations.
I have no doubt that Misty will be successful in all of her endeavors including completing her bachelors
degree. Misty has developed the time management skills to allow her to be successful. She has been
able to work full time and attend Northwest State as a full time student without it affecting her work
performance. Mistys ability to work with others, her professionalism, and her skills set will make her an
asset to the BCOMP program.
