The DISPATCH Underground system is the only fully integrated

mine management technology for underground operations.
Managing the performance of key mine assets, the DISPATCH
Underground application features rugged field computer
components designed for harsh underground mining

inventory and material movement, crew management,

asset health monitoring. The ModularReady label ensures
a seamless interface between your 3rd-party system
and IntelliMine products.
Over 100 interfaces provide thousands of
parameters to issue payload readings,
automate haul cycle events, issue OEM
and user-defined alarms, and analyze
trends that indicate impending
equipment failure.
ModularReady interfaces provide the ability
to aggregate min, max, and average parameter
readings, streaming them to central applications
such as MineCare for use in RCM analysis. No
other mining applications offer the level of
OEM data provided by IntelliMine products.

The ShiftBoss production tracking
system includes a central application,
rugged field hardware, and is compatible
with standard 802.11 networks.

Production Equipment
From identifying incorrect behavior to locating resources
during emergencies, the RoadMap system addresses key
safety concerns surrounding light vehicles. The RoadMap
position and safety tracking system monitors light vehicles
on site, providing real-time awareness of changing
mine site conditions.
Visitors and contractors are issued handheld
PDAs that provide up-to-the-minute information
about hazards, speed limits, restricted areas,
road network changes, and much more.
The entire system is centrally managed,
and uses industry standard hardware
and software platforms to augment

The MasterLink network delivers high bandwidth data rates on

rugged mobile hardware designed specifically for open-pit mining.
Intensive graphics and video, real-time asset health data,
equipment location monitoring, and machine guidance
applications are all enabled through the MasterLink network.
As access points are added or relocated,
automatic reconfiguration ensures that
communication and coverage are not interrupted.
All MasterLink systems utilize industry standard
802.11 technology and offer system diagnostic and
interfacing capabilities, secure data transfer,
and rugged solar-powered trailers
with cold weather ratings.
