ORDER
In the Government Order read as 1"'paper above sanction was accorded to release
an amount of Rs.1.97lakh(Rupees One Lakh and Ninety Seven Thousand Only) to
Peravoor Block Panchayat among other things as detailed in serial number 2 of the
Statement appended to the Government Order, being the reimbursement against the
expenditure incurred by the Block Panchayat on NABARD assisted RIDF project.
2. The Commissioner for Rural Development vide letter 2nd paper above has
informed that the " Construction of Anganawadi No.l16 at Pothukuzhi" is a project of
Peravoor Grama panchayat and requested to issue revised orders for allotting the amount
to the head of account for Grama Panchayat. The Commissioner for Rural Development
has forwarded non-drawal certificate from Assistant Engineer ,LSGD,Peravoor Grama
Panchayat.
3. Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to issue revised
orders for allotting the amount of Rs.l.97lakh (Rupees One Lakh and Ninety Seven
Thousand Only) under the head ofaccount "2515-00-198-39-35 NABARD assisted RIDF
Project undertaken by Grama Pandrayats (Plan)" from the budget provision of the
'
current financial year 2Ol4-L5.
4. The Commissioner for Rural Development, Thiruvananthapuram shall issue
necessary allotment letter for releasing the amount due to Peravoor Grama Panchayat.The
amount will be transfer- credited to the VPFA-II of Peravoor Grama panchayat.
5. The Government Order read as 1" paper above stands modified to this extent.
