How to release my stress?

Stress is a part in our life. Stress can be positive and also negative to our
life. How the stress can be positive to our life? Stress can be a driving force to
success. We will face a lot of problems in our life. These problems will give us
stress. If we overcome this successfully, our life will go into new stage. However
to overcome this is not easy. We always complain when have stress. Oh my god,
why this thing happens to me?" To release the stress, l have my own ways.
When I feel stress, I always will go to play badminton with friends. I feel
enjoy when playing the badminton. I will forgot my worry and release the stress
because I need to focus in the badminton. Besides that, I feel happy when I social
with the friends who playing badminton with me. They are funny and this will
release my stress.
Religion is important to everbody. Religion also a way for me to release the
stress. When I was stress, I never talk to my friends and I will try to entrust my
God. I will cool down myself and find a way to solve the problems. There was also
an opportunity to me release the stress at the gathering and workship.
I had read an article about we can see the nature when we are stress. So, I
also will look around me and see the greatness of the nature. As a conclusion, let
us enjoy our life and do not let the stress occupy our life.
