‘Cassandra has been employed for Divine Merey Early Childhood sinee June of 2011, During this time she has worked as an Early Childhood Teacher with a mixed level of children. Cassandra has shown a great deal of talent as an Early Childhood Teacher. She is not aftaid to take control ‘of the group and understands what is developmentally appropriate forthe variety of ages she ‘works with, She interacts wll withthe children both individually and with a larger group. She thas developed positive relstionships with our families and goes out of het way to make sure theie needs are addressed, ‘Cassandra is also a very intelligent and motivated individual. She has not only taken the lead in the classroom but has also assisted mein the office as well. She i organized and continually makes sure she is ontop of what needs to be accomplished next in the day to day running of an Early Childhood Program. She works extremely well a a team member and has used the nov ledge she has learned in her college career to mentor others atthe center. She i extremely passionate about the field of education and it shows in every area she assigned to. | would recommend Cassandra for any position that her education and skills say she is qualified for.
