1. Stretch up high, bend down


and touch the ground. Repeat.
Small circles with your arm, big
circles with arms. Fast and slow.
Bend to the left with arm over
head, then to the right. Repeat.
Twist your body to the right then
left. Fast then slow.
Bend down and jump up high.
Repeat.
Stretch up high, bend down and
touch the ground. Repeat.

2. Start with mats upside down.


Play music and walk at first around
the mats.
When the music stops, find a mat.
Flip the mat over and read what is
on your mat.
Once the music stops do the
action to move to the different
mats that was on your previous
mat.
Find a mat when the music stops
again.
Continue till over.

3. Everyone get a beanbag.


Place the beanbag on your
head.
Start walking around the room
slowly. Not touching the
beanbag.
If the bag falls you have to freeze
until a friend comes to place the
bag back on your head.
Try different speeds.

4. Stretch up high, bend down and


touch the ground. Repeat.
