This letter confirms that you have agreed to part take in a short music video by
imagine Dragon DEMONS. As you may know this is a low budget production and

we are keen that everyone understands the basis upon

which the film is being made. However you will be
accredit for your time, this means that you could use it in
your portfolio, resume. If you have any questions regarding the project and need
clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
1) You agree to be available to work during the shooting period from 26th of
February and onwards ( date might change)
2) You agree that filming will take place following locations
Sand bay
Clevedon pier
And possibly Bristol, exact time will be given to you.
3) You agree to give over rights you may have in the finished films to HOVA
PRODUCTION. This will allow us to distribute the film in any possible.
4) We will aim to ensure that working days are no longer than 10 hours.
5) We will do our best to ensure that your health, safety and welfare during the
shoot.
6) Make sure to ware appropriate shoes and clothes for night shoots.
7) There will be no form of payment, however refreshments will be available
during the duration of the shoots but make sure to either bring your OWN
lunch or money for longer days.
8) It might be possible to arrange travel throughout the shoot please do ask in
advance.
9) We will provide you with the opportunity to come to our small screening when
the production is complete.

Im writing to you on my behalf of HOVA PRODUCTION, regarding permission to shoot scenes
for a music video within your premises Sand Bay. On behalf of the company we understand the
rights and responsibilities of using public areas, we understand if you do not want to sign this
agreement. However if you decide to accept our proposal, we would make sure you benefit from
this. We would be delighted to have you as a guest of honour for the premiere launch party,
which we hope would take place around 12th of April 2015.
Furthermore the historic site will also be credited, by publishing on social networking, including
our main distribution site Youtube, we hope that you consider our proposal as it would have a
significant impact on our work. During the course of the filming we will ensure that we do not
make any messy and to tidy up ourselves.

Permission is hereby granted to HOVA PRODUCTION to use the property located at Sand Bay, Weston super
Mare BS22 9UZ
This Consists of full use of the premises for the purpose of filming our scenes in the chosen location by HOVA
PRODUCTION.
Permission includes the right to bring personnel and equipment onto the property and to remove them after
completion of the work. The permission herein granted shall include the right, but not the obligation, to
photograph the actual name connected with the premises and to use such name in the program(s).
The undersigned hereby gives to HOVA PRODUCTION, its assigns, agents, licensees, affiliates, clients,
principals, and representatives the absolute right and permission to copyright, use, exhibit, display, print,
reproduce, televise, broadcast and distribute, for any lawful purpose, in whole or in part, through any means
without limitation, any scenes containing the above described premises, all without inspection or further consent
or approval by the undersigned of the finished product or of the use to which it may be applied.
HOVA PRODUCTION hereby agrees to hold the undersigned harmless of and free from any and all liability
and loss which HOVA PRODUCTION, and/or its agents, may suffer for any reason, except that directly caused
by the negligent acts or deliberate misconduct of the owner of the premises or its agents.
The undersigned hereby warrants and represents that the undersigned has full right and authority to solely enter
into this agreement concerning the above described premises, and that the undersigned hereby indemnifies and
holds HOVA PRODUCTION and/or its agents, harmless from and against any and all loss, liability, costs,
damages or claims of any nature arising from, growing out of, or concerning the use of the above described
premises except those directly caused by the negligent acts or deliberate misconduct of HOVA PRODUCTION,
or its agents.
