This is a batch script for flashing or booting ClockWorkMod for ALCATEL OT-995

* Boot your phone into bootloader... (hold volume down while pressing the power)
you can recognize being in bootloader if the boot hangs in the white Alcatel One
touch screen
* Connect your phone via USB... It should set the phone as a FASTBOOT INTERFACE
install them manually by refering to the usb_driver folder if u have problems
* Open Install Or Boot CWM-Recovery.bat
* it asks u to flash or boot...
flash: this option flashes the CWM Recovery to your phone so it will be installe

boot: this option only boots CWM Recovery... so NO changes are made to your phon

i prefer first time choose option 'boot' then in CWM make a backup
