AERIALIOOS dt. 26.08.2014, With reference to your letter cited, it is informed that due to the urgency involved in view of the Metropolis meet, temporary permission is granted for erection of poles along with aerial cabling for 3.48 Kms of R&B Roads in GHMC limits, at the rate ‘of Rs, 1000/pole/annum or part thereof. Since you have mentioned that 1785 poles are required for 53.48 Kms, it works out to Rs.17.85 Lakhs. Hence you are requested 0 deposit Rs. 17.85 Lakhs with Executive Engineer(R&B) City Roads Division Hyderabad, Which Is non refundable. Further you are requested to pay Rs. 2000/per pole towards ‘security deposit which works out to Rs.35.70 Lakhs in the shape of Bank Guarantee in the name of Superintending Engineer(R&B) Rural Circle, Hyderabad which will be retumed after removal of the poles. Further itis to inform that this permission is subject to the folowing conditions, 41. The installation of pole shall be on extreme edge of the road boundary only. The ‘damaged portion shall be restored back to its notmal/Original state. Debris shall be cleared immediately, 2. The fixed aerial cables shall be shifted at the agency's own cost and risk whenever R&B Dept., wants to improve widen the road and no compensation wit! be paid Yor this 3. The cost of the damages if any occurred to other utities during the installation of new poles or subsequent to the installation the same shall be borne by service provider. 4. The execution of work should be carried out without any interruption on to the vehicular trafic and commuters and proper safety measures should be taken during the execution of work. f any accident takes place on account of this, the risk and responsibilty for it wll lie solely with the service provider. 5. They should furish the completion certificate to (R&B) Department along with 3 hard copies and one soft copy of completion plans with reference to the permanent features and cable alignment lad 6. The permission granted shall not in any way be deemed to convey to the service provider any right or any interest in R&B land.7. The agency is fully responsible and liable to face action from R&B, if any unauthorised cable is found on their permitted poles at a later date. 8. The agency is soley responsible for the stabilty of the existing or new poles with aerial cabling ‘9. The agency shall give an undertaking to (R&B) Department that it shall abide by any decision of Govt, regarding the revision of this rate in future. 10. For laying of aerial cables on the existing TCPDCL poles, the agency may seek necessary clearance from them. The poles shall be removed with in @ periad of on year from this date at their cost. 11. The Bank guarantee will be encashed ifthe poles are not removed within a maximum period of one year. Further you are informed that the above permission is valid only after payment of above fee and submission of BG.
