Thank you so much for taking the time out of your schedule to inform me about your internship
and professional experiences throughout your time at Wake Forest and after graduation. It was
insightful to learn about the details of a personal experience within the corporate finance,
actuarial, and consulting industries. I have been provided information about potential financial
services careers in the past, but hearing first-hand experience about the realities of a position was
very useful to help narrow my career search.
Initially, I was fairly interested in an actuarial professional because I love solving problems
utilizing numbers, but I had not necessarily considered a career in consulting before. The
variability in your different projects and daily routine sounded intriguing. I would be happy to
speak with the Wake Forest graduates that entered Navigant with you if they are interested
because I would love to learn more about different divisions within consulting.
