What is error sc 672

This is a problem with the bicu board .

change the bicu board completely and the machine will work .

Ricoh sc 672 error on new machine

Please wait for extended time then SC 672. Have tried another HDD,
reseated all connectors on control board and control panel as well as
checked all other connectors. Tried reloading firmware thru sd card and
didn't recognize the card. tried booting with HDD disconnected and still
codes out with SC 672

Go to this code with "Clear Mode"+107+"Clear/Stop" hold for

5s.

Go to System Settings

Go to 5875

Check the setting of SP5875-001. If the setting is set to "1

(OFF)",change it to "0 (OFF)".

Try checking or changing the thermistors!

The metal contact spring on the thermistor broken causing all sorts
of 'unrelated errors including 'Please Wait' sc 670 and sc 402..

Hello!
This code is related to a Fusing temperature error.
You probably need to take a look at the heating roller thermistor.
The best advise i can give you is to call a technician to see it (if you do not have
technical knowledge)
If you want to reset the code try this:
Press yellow key
Press in the key pad 107
Press red key at least 5 sec.
Press "copy SP"
On the key pas press 5810 and #.
On the touch panel press "execute"
Exit all the way out.
Turn the machine off and on.
