2005 Honda Pilot EX 2005 ELECTRICAL Under-dash Fuse/Relay Box - Pilot 2005 ELECTRICAL Under-dash Fuse/Relay Box - Pilot REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION SRS components are located in this area, Review the SRS component locations (see COMPONENT LOCATION INDEX ) and the precautions and procedures (see PRECAUTIONS AND PROCEDURES ) before performing repairs or service. REMOVAL, 1. Make sure you have the anti-theft codes for the radio and the navigation system, then write down the frequencies for the radio's preset buttons. 2. Disconnect the negative battery cable, then disconnect the positive cable, and wait at least 3 minutes 3. Driver's fuse box: Remove the left kick panel and dashboard lower cover (see DRIVER'S DASHBOARD LOWER COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ). Passenger's fuse box: Remove the right kick panel and glove box (see GLOVE BOX REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ). 4, Remove the mounting nut or bolt, and pull the driver's under-dash fuse/relay box (A) or passenger's under-dash fuse/relay box (B) away from the body. 2005 Honda Pilot EX 2005 ELECTRICAL Under-dash Fuse/Relay Box - Pilot Fig. 1: Removing Mounting Nut Or Bolt 2005 Honda Pilot EX 2005 ELECTRICAL Under-dash Fuse/Relay Box - Pilot 5. Disconnect the driver's or passenger's under-dash fuse/relay box connectors, and remove the driver's or passenger's under-dash fuse/relay box. NOTE: The dashboard wire harness A (driver's under-dash fuse/relay box connector B) 2P connector for SRS is a spring-loaded lock type (see SPRING-LOADED LOCK CONNECTOR ). INSTALLATION ‘i ww Connect the connectors to the driver's or passenger's under-dash fuse/relay box, then install the driver's or passenger's under-dash fuse/relay box in the reverse order of removal. . Install the removed parts in the reverse order of removal .. Connect both the negative cable and positive cable to the battery, enter the anti-theft codes for the radio and the navigation system, then enter the customer's radio station presets, and set the clock. Do the PCM idle learn procedure (see PCM IDLE LEARN PROCEDURE ). . Reset the power window control unit (see RESETTING THE POWER WINDOW CONTROL UNIT ). .. Confirm that all systems work properly
