New technologies are currently being developed in order to make peoples lives become easy but also to solve issues related to peoples activities
such as car accidents.
Many car companies are spending big amounts of money on investigation in
order to find an optimal solution to this big issue. From the very begining
of car industry, one of the main worries has been the safety of the people in
the car and the efficiency of the car.
According to the data published in the article it is known that 90% of car
accidents are due to driver error and its also published that about 1.24
million car accidents happen every year, the reason of these investigations.
The article looks like an futurist one, talking about moving objects without
anybody driving them it may sound like science fiction but this is a reallity.
As I have mention before many companies are spending money on investigation but looming over everyone is the internet giant Google. Spurred
in part by a desire to end the carnage from road accidents. Google has
been widely aknowledge as the world leader in driveless-car research since
October 2010, when it announced that it had entered the field a year early.

In my opinion this technology is an optimal solution to car accidents

but in the other hand I think it will be very hard for people to accept such
technology, its hard to imagine cars moving without a human driver, but
if after all research, this becomes a sucess, I think people can get use to it
when experiencing its safety and its comfort. Also this seems to be a good
solution to traffic jams and above all to enviromental problems because it
reduces at least 10% of current cars pollution.
