Logo

Description: Three different logos that represent a new

modern cupcake shop.

Date: 2/17/2015
Program/Tools: Adobe Illustrator
Message: The message of these logos is to appeal to

customers that like cupcakes! The logos were designed to

look hip and fun to appeal to anyone.

Process: Using Adobe Illustrator, I used basic shapes

within the program to make the cupcakes. It was really fun

to see how the most basic shapes can make more complex

Stationery
Description: The stationery went along with the logos that were

created before. It is a simple set of stationery consisting of a business card

and a letterhead.

Date: 2/28/2015
Programs/Tools: Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign
Message: The message of the stationery was that the cupcake business
was a professional company.

Process: I used Illustrator to create my logos, and then I used InDesign

to create the letterhead and the card. I wanted to keep them simple and
connected because stationery that is too cluttered is hard to look at. I went
with a simple color complementary color scheme and a lot of white space.

was using to it.

looking to further their experience in a professional place.

Process: Using Adobe InDesign I created a flier for graduate

people that would be targeted by this conference. I tried to make

Brochure

Description: A informational brochure that gives people a

history of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Adobe Illustrator

of the Eiffel Tower along with a few facts that will interest people
seeking information about the Eiffel Tower.

Process: To begin I created a document in InDesign that made

it so I was able to have a layout for the Brochure. After adding
images and text to it, I used Photoshop to cut an image of the
Eiffel Tower out of a larger image. I then used text wrap to place
the image next to text. I also used Adobe Illustrator to create a
new logo which I placed in the document.

Photo Design
Description:

A flier using an original image to deliver an

inspiring message to an audience.

Date: 2/7/2015
Program/Tools:

Adobe Photoshop

Message: A message to college students that they need to

focus on getting an education to that they enjoy rather than only

focusing on a career.

Process: I learned how to take pictures that would be able to

portray my message, and then I edited the image in Photoshop.

I then created a document in Photoshop and used a triadic color
scheme. I then added text and a design to the document creating
a flier to inspire college students.
