Subject: Reimbursement of train ticket amount (e-ticket Cancellation after

Chart Preparation)

Respected sir,
I, Sagar Bande, Executive Quality Assurance (empl. No. 11003178) was
on official tour and was travelling from Durg to Nagpur and Nagpur to
Jabalpur but the train which I boarded from Durg to Nagpur was late by 3hrs
and because of this I missed my connecting train from Nagpur to Jabalpur.
The ticket which I had booked for next train was an E-ticket and could not be
able to cancel as chart was already prepared, so I had applied for TDR
(quoted reason passenger not travelled) and completed my journey by
travelling in Bus.
I am attaching that ticket along with TADA bill for reimbursement
considering 50% TDR refund as per my past TDR history refunds, in case no
refund has been done by IRCTC I will bear the loss.
Kindly consider the attached ticket for reimbursement please.
