15 minutes of flexibility training.
Classes are held at the Copper Coast
Sport and Leisure Center at 1, Dosewell
TCE. KADINA SA.
. It takes around 17 minutes to travel
the 17.2kms from Moonta to Kadina.
Fitball helps with flexibility, core and
breathing.
The club membership cost is unknown.
(I have to message them to find out,
and I don't want to waste their time
asking). It states on the site that it is
"cost-effective".
I have reccomended this activity
because currently, Robert Doesn't
encorperate enough flexibility activities
into his week.
I have chosen to choose the activity for
Mondays and Fridays because on
Mondays and Fridays Robert doesn't
meet the requirements for physical
activity on these days.
