1. The student will memorize a set movement patterns and sequences.

1. The student will learn through movement different vocabulary use in other art subjects such as line,
shape and space.

Introductory/Warm-up Activity:
3.1- P.E: Participate in appropriate warm-up and cool-down exercises for particular physical activities
Lesson Focus:
2.10 P.E: Design a routine to music that includes even and uneven locomotor patterns.

Closing/Cool Down Activity:


3.6-P.E: Demonstrate basic stretches using proper alignment for hamstrings, quadriceps, hip
flexors, triceps, back, shoulders, hip abductors, and calves.
PART 1: INTRODUCTORY/WARM-UP ACTIVITY (2-5 mins):

Hawaiian Rollercoaster
Set up equipment before hand
Start with slow jog around perimeter
Begin with slow jogging as soon as they arrive
Split into two lines
Break up groups into 2 groups
Shout out commands have them execute them.
After a few commands, have them run in a circle
again (while staying in their two lines).

A series of five movements that are put together
into choreography and repeated throughout the
song.
1. Jumping Jack every time it says what
does the fox say?
2. Fast side to side and in place marches
3. Boxing or punching
4. DJ, Fly move
5. Quick feet

Enthusiasm about the song
Have energy mainly because the song has fast
moments.

PART 4: CLOSING/COOL DOWN ACTIVITY (2-5 mins):
