Check merchandise coming from warehouse for quality and quantity,ensure the merchandise is properly bar-coded.

To ensure that the store reflects the desired ambiance & service.
To provide team environment to the team of fashion consultants working within the store.
Responsible for taking out stock inventory, preparing stock requirements To discover ways to bring customers to the store & further convert
them into sales.
Responsible for store image through effective service to the customers.
Handle forwarding bills and invoices, goods inwards registers, monthly inventory, cashiering.etc.

Developing a motivated, committed and high performing store team.

- Responsible for day to day running of the store, maintaining standards, ensuring legal compliance checks on pricing etc.
- Continually monitoring the achievement of sales targets and taking corrective measures where required.
- Ensuring minimization of shrinkage levels in the department, training the team on how to handle merchandise and protect stock.
- Executing all operational procedures effectively.
- Audit the departments for achieving standards in fitting rooms & housekeeping, till areas etc.
- Ensuring clarity of roles by dividing responsibilities between team members.
- Developing team members by providing timely and constructive feedback to help team members identify their strengths and weaknesses.
- Motivating the team to drive sales and adhere to processes.
- Enhancing sales through analysis of trends such as footfall, conversion, UPT etc.
- Implementation of BU and marketing guidelines.
