Dear Manager :
This is to inform you that I have settled portion of my back account the
previous Semester AY 2015, 2nd Semester and a balance still remains. I am
willing to settle all unpaid account on or before April 31, 2015. My father is
an Alumnus of this good University and I will present the discounted rate this
Summer AY Enrollment 2015, if applicable.
In this connection, please allow me to enroll this Summer, AY 2015 with a
TWO THOUSAND PESOS (Php 2,000,00) Down Payment and I will pay another
(Php 1,000,00) for the unpaid balance to lessen it while waiting for the
amount to settle my obligations or for a Total of THREE THOUSAND PESOS
(Php 3,000.00).
