BJ Voucher Code is a computer program that used for validating voucher code. As a programmer,
you are asked to create this program with descriptions:
Ask user to input the voucher ,and validate:
- Voucher code must be combination of Letter and Number.
- Every letter in odd order must be Uppercase and cant be number.
Display the inputted voucher code

The program asks user to input the voucher code
