The competitive atmosphere meant only one thing; we needed an official individual to select the winning
ticket. Luckily, Sgt. Kenneth Powers was on deck to choose our prize drawing winner.

Huge congrats to Kristina Himel, Group Administration, our second 50/50 winner! Himel, who purchased
six tickets for $5, won $752.50, with the American Heart Association getting the other half of the pot.
Asked about her plans for the money, she said, It could not have come at a better time. My daughter is
getting braces this Wednesday, and Ill use this money toward the down payment.
When asked if she will buy tickets for our last 50/50 Prize Drawing, Himel said, Most definitely. So be
